Alien Artifact : The Peace Pipper

This is the Peace Pipper also known as the Peace Keeper of Neptune. This multi-coloured creature was found by Nasa and brought intoi their labs for inspection. This creature is rumored to have lived on Neptune, and was known for keeping peace amongst civilians. They were present at all truces in wars.
